General
- Please be familiar with my TOS (Terms of Service) before commissioning me. By purchasing any art or design from me, you automatically agree to these terms and any rules below.
- I have the right to decline any commission or custom design prompt. Reasons may include being uncomfortable with the subject material, not being 100% confident that I can pull the request off adequately, etc.
- I currently do not accept private commissions (art that will not be posted to any of my galleries once completed), unless you are okay with paying a fee which will be dependent on the commission type. Delaying posting until any sort of specific date/timeframe (e.g. birthday, holiday, etc.) within reason is perfectly fine and does not count as a private commission.
- I do not work from written references for Artwork commissions, as that would fall under design work. You must provide an accurate visual reference for me to work from; I will not make changes based on the commissioner providing incorrect reference material, unless paid for the additional work required to edit the art.
- Feel free to ask for updates on your commission at any time, though please keep the frequency of inquiries within reason.
- If there is a certain deadline or timeframe you need the image completed by, please inform me beforehand with a minimum of 3 weeks (21 days) notice. Any deadline shorter than that period of time will add an additional 'express fee' (cost fluctuating depending on commission type and timeframe), but please note there are still some circumstances that will not allow me to complete a closer deadline in time, and I will have to decline the request due to it.
- If working with a deadline, especially a tight one, I will be expecting prompt responses to any WIP checks (I do not progress on commissioned art without approval). I am not responsible for late delivery if the commissioner does not reply within an agreed upon timeframe, and the express fee and commission charge are nonrefundable.
- If for any reason you would like a commission outside of my official public openings you are free to message me with an offer, but there are no guarantees that I will accept.
- I will draw the following:
- original characters (OCs)
- fanart and fan characters
- human, anthro, and feral characters
- LGBTQ+
- mild blood - I may be willing to draw these, but currently not 100% confident with the following (and may decline):
- heavily muscled characters
- older characters
- mecha
- real people from photo references
- pets from photo references
- mmo references (please give me flat colored references if possible, otherwise please be very mindful of lighting)
- please keep in mind these aren't my strong points, so order at your own discretion. - I will NOT draw:
- hateful, bigoted, or otherwise harmful content
- NSFW and R18+ prompts
- heavy gore
- celebrities
Process
- Once your commission slot is approved, please message me (via a method listed on the Contact page or the sales post itself) with a filled form.
Commission and custom forms are located here. - I will send a final quote for your commission back to you and once the terms are agreed upon, I will accept payment and start the commission process (detailed below).
- Full payment will be taken up front before I start. I will invoice you, and once paid I will officially add you to my queue (located here).
- I will provide a WIP (work in progress) sketch before proceeding further in the commission. Here you may request one major change (sometimes one resketch depending on the commission), and minor changes within reason.
- Design commissions will typically come with a very rough 'draft' version of the design with the general gist of the character shown, to be approved before beginning the sketch of the final art.
- After the sketch is approved, I will also send another WIP image of the lineart (if applicable) to approve just in case I missed any character details in the lining process.
- Sketch and lineart images are WIPs I provide by default, but you may request WIPs of any other stage(s) of the commission within reason. Otherwise, I go straight to completing your art once the lineart stage is approved.
- Please note that since I will be providing WIPs it is your responsibility to let me know if I missed anything or require any changes. I will not make major base/lineart changes after the provided sketch/lineart WIPs were approved, unless you are willing to pay a fee for the further edits.
- If I am given a hard deadline for a commission, I will be expecting prompt replies to the WIP(s) I send for approval. I will not be held liable for late or unsatisfactory work if any messages I send go for more than the agreed upon timeframe without a response.
- You will be provided a full sized and unwatermarked version of your commission upon completion, and the version uploaded to my galleries will be resized and watermarked. Pixels will not be resized, but the larger ones will be watermarked (images smaller than 100x100 will not be due to size constraints).
- Please be mindful when posting your commissioned art publicly! I recommend posting resized and watermarked images to deter theft of the art/characters.
- Please review your commission upon completion. I will allow a maximum of 2 weeks before I will no longer accept requests for art changes, even if mistakes were a fault on my part. I will not compensate and will not be held liable for any issues brought up after the two week timeframe has passed from completing a commission.
